Refund policy
We pack your Popsofa product in a super-efficient way. Because the products are made out of springs combined with foam it’s extremely comfortable and it is possible to completely compress each element of the sofa or armchair into a small parcel without any air left in the packaging. This will benefit a lot of efficiency regarding shipping the products which will come with less negative impact on the environment.
Once your Popsofa product has been unpacked, it cannot be repacked into the original box. Of course you return your products within 30 days after receiving it. Be are of returning your products could come with significant cost.
You are fully responsible for the transport of the return shipment and the packaging of the products. If products arrive damaged, we cannot provide a full refund. In that case, the current market value will be reimbursed.

It's only possible to return your products with professional carriers. Our logistics partner Your Logistics will not accepts return products by own organized transport.
