The Creation of Paris Hilton’s Perfume Can Can

Paris Hilton

You may not know it, but Can Can is actually Paris Hilton’s fourth perfume. She says fragrance (in general) is important to her because, “How you smell is how you feel, or how people remember you.”

Unlike her other scents, Can Can has a theme: Moulin Rouge… feathers, dancing, big bright outfits, the works.

The fragrance, which is a mix of some of Paris’ favorite scents is a work of love… she narrowed the choice down to just a few, and then had everyone smell them “and see what they like best.”

I think we can all relate to the importance of scent. Think about it: what’s the first thing you do when you find an old childhood blanket or toy, or see someone you’ve missed? Other stars, like Usher and Britney Spears realize it, too, and are quick to hop on the bandwagon.

Paris, however, has no intention to stop at perfume. Evidently, there’s also a makeup collection in the works.
