Rupert Everett Tears Into George Clooney

British actor Rupert Everett (Prince Charming in the Shrek films, Carnaby Fritton in St. Trinian’s), slammed some of the biggest names in films in America, especially George Clooney. “Clooney thinks that, provided he does films which are politically committed, he’s allowed to do Ocean’s 11, 12 and 13. But the Ocean’s movies are a cancer to world culture. They’re destroying us.”

Rupert went on to say that Clooney’s “not the brightest spark on the boulevard. Mark my words, if he’s straight, he’ll be president.”

Rupert also ripped on Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Robert Redford and Woody Allen.
