Michael Jackson Needed More Plastic Surgery!

Yesterday, Michael Jackson was forced to undergo plastic surgery to repair his burst lip. He and his son were playing around, and his five-year-old son, Prince Michael II whacked him in the face. His lip burst and and collapsed with the hit.

The source said, “That mishap led an hysterical Jacko to make a beeline for the plastic surgeon for a bit of quickie repair work.”
