Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo are a little bit early - for Valentine’s Day. The couple was making out while celebrating a friend’s birthday. Tactless, I know.

One source said, “They were all over each other on the couch, making out… They were on top of each other! It was a little bit much for a public place. He was holding her close and she wasn’t paying attention to anyone else.”

Clearly, Jessica’s crazy about her new man, but I bet Daddy doesn’t appreciate the new development.
