Eva Longoria Parker Has Plans to Open a Restaurant

Eva Longoria Parker is planning on taking a break and doing what? That’s right: setting up a restaurant. The restaurant, “Beso,” serves “Mexican-influenced cuisine with a lot of American influence” because she’s Mexican American.

“I love to cook!” She says, which has me wondering if she’s going to be doing the cooking… maybe? I think I’d eat that. But it turns out Todd English is (also?) doing the cooking, but Eva’s pretty involved. She’s picked the uniforms, and many of the recipes are her own. That’s pretty impressive.

“I’m a big, big cooker in my family, so this is kind of an extension of my house.”
