Company: American Bistro Opens In Las Vegas

Company: American Bistro is a new restaurant that’s opened in Las Vegas (in Luxor) with some celebrity investors, including Nicole Hilton, Nick Lachey and Wilmer Valderrama.

The restaurant is new to Vegas, and one reporter says it looked like a “miniature version of a nightclub with a red carpet and celebrities.”

All three stars say they are interested in diverting their time to restaurants. And both Nick and Nicole say they like Pure Management Group, which is also an investor in the restaurant, because they are classy and successful.

These guys are following in the footsteps of other stars, like Eva Longoria Parker, Jennifer Lopez, and Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.
