Ashley Tisdale “Nose” She Had a Deviated Septum

Some time ago, Karinna Smirnoff had a nose job to fix her deviated septum, which was causing breathing problems after a couple of breaks.

Now, High School Musical’s Ashley Tisdale is following in her footsteps. The star explains that she would never recommend plastic surgery to anyone, but this was a health problem. Her deviated septum has been growing steadily worse, until just recently the doctor told her it was 80 percent deviated, and that she had 2 fractures.

I must admit, I admire her open approach to the whole thing, not acting like she didn’t have anything done.
